McDade Muscle's mission is to teach people how they can live a healthier and happier life.

Family

Friends

The biggest motivator in my life is my wife.  It's easy for me to get up early and put in the hard work day in and day out when I get to come home to the most incredible woman. She is why I am as strong as I am today, and why I continue striving to be stronger and be the best version of myself.

I met my best friend on the Track & Field team in college.  We would practice and train together.  We always had friendly competition when it came to hitting PRs or maxing out on lifts, we weren't going to let the other one get ahead.  It was a lot easier to go through all that hard training when we were side by side.

Meaningful Work

Because I have had so many amazing coaches and teachers in my life, who have helped me with nutrition and fitness. My mission is to serve others through personal training and lead people to finding their strength.

Faith

I grew up Catholic, but for awhile I did not practice the religion.  My wife converted to Catholicism and we started going to church more.  This led to my eyes being open and finding the meaning in my life.
